VIDEO GAME CREATION
This video is of a game called “Block Dungeons” that I created as a project for a school showcase. Of all my goals for this project, I was mostly interested in making new codes within the scripts of Unity software. One of the creative developments that worked well for the gameplay was the freezing ability. The most challenging aspect of this game was creating the player’s “HELPER” because it required a whole new code for this additional entity to attack multiple enemies autonomously. So, I created a code that would target the nearest enemy within a certain radius. Then the program uses the flying enemy script to subtract the distance from the enemy in order to then destroy it. After completely deleting an enemy, the radar restarts searching for new enemies nearby and repeats. I really look forward to experimenting and coming up with new creative ideas that make playing games more satisfying.
VIDEO GAME REVIEW - MARVELS AVENGERS
I would like to present a video game review of Square Enix’s Marvels Avengers. I created this video review in mid-September 2020 and presented it during my high school’s morning show. This review occurred two weeks after the game was released. My hope is to demonstrate my ability to critique the storyline and mechanics of video game productions.
DRAWINGS
I had the idea to draw my self-portrait during our pandemic lockdown because I looked quite different from how I normally appear. I was a part of a theater production in the spring (2020), so I was not supposed to have a haircut or shave until the play fully wrapped up and was broadcast virtually in June. I let my beard grow and looked so different. I drew myself from observation only in a mirror. It was my second time drawing a self-portrait. I enjoyed the challenge. I especially found interesting all the hair features I had to portray. The hardest part was to keep the shadowing of my lips in symmetry with the rest of my face.

Play: The Front Page

Casted as: Sheriff Hardin a corrupt and funny character
I have participated in theater productions my whole life. I have several awards as an actor. As a tech-savvy and solutions-driven team member, my role in live performances extends beyond acting to include collaboration with backstage and technical support in such elements as lighting, music, special effects, and audio in large productions. Additionally, I have served as a member of the theater board, where I focused on cost management and the financial implications of our decisions to enhance each detail of our productions.

All the while, I remain curious and keep exploring new ideas and new techniques.
